Satisfy the requirements necessary for re-licensure for
RNs and LPNs. OSHA regulations indicate that training in
bloodborne pathogens must be conducted annually. Gain an
understanding of the intent of the bloodborne pathogens
regulation issued by OSHA (Occupational Safety and
Health Administration). Learn how disease transmission
occurs, serious communicable diseases, precautions to
prevent disease transmission, and what to do if an
exposure occurs. Infection Control certification is
valid for four years. All classes are 2 hrs.
