This course, developed by EPA in collaboration with HUD,
will help contractors learn how to work safely in housing
with lead-based paint and to earn certification necessary
for federal compliance. These .8 CEUs count as part of
the biennial 24 CEU credit requirement for home inspectors.
Includes discussions and demonstrations on the threat of
lead paint, current NYS and federal regulations, the
containment of dust, and personal safety precautions
when working in an environment with lead.
